(Psalm 6:2a) Shiloh Old Site's Spiritual Enrichment Ministries Bible Study Opportunities DURING MUCH OF THE YEAR, Shiloh Old Site offers two spiritually stimulating opportunities each week for Bible study: Tuesday mornings at 11 a.m. and Wednesday evenings at 7:30 p.m. Each session is different from the other, though both employ similar formats. Each is sponsored by the Faith & Hope Club, which offers them as a gift to all who are interested. Everyone is welcome, whether a member of Shiloh Old Site or not. There is no cost to participate. Each of these weekly sessions is an opportunity to learn with depth about the Hebrew and Christian scriptures, reflect on their meaning for the life of God's people today, and enter into an honest discussion with one another about important issues and perspectives. No advance preparation or knowledge is required, and materials designed to stimulate learning, reflection, and discussion are distributed each week to participants. Our own Mark William Olson is currently serving as the group facilitator, and he writes the materials that are used. The Tuesday morning Bible study group meets most Tuesdays at 11:00 a.m. The usual meeting place is in Room 106. Sessions are NOT held during holiday periods or when there is a scheduling conflict with some other event at the church building. The Wednesday evening Bible study group meets most Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. The usual meeting place is in either Room 103 or Room 106. Sessions are NOT held during holiday periods or when some other all-church event is occurring at the same time.
