The sermon was based on the first three chapters of Exodus, where the Hebrew children become victims of affliction. In the process, they learn to wait for God, who is able to deliver. And they learn that as they wait, they need to be actively obeying God and following God's ways, even when it means violating the orders of their government, so that a way might be made out of no way. Here are small portions of some of the songs presented on 5 October 2003 by the Men's Chorus (wider photo above) and the Senior Choir (narrower photo above). The Men's Chorus was accompanied by Mrs. Elaine Deckard. The Senior Choir was directed by Mrs. Anita Scott and accompanied by Mrs. Joan Olson.
