Shiloh Old Site Outreach Ministries BECAUSE OF the testimony of Jesus, Shiloh Baptist Church (Old Site) believes in thoughtful evangelism, creative discipleship, and an abundance of faithful service and action on behalf of others, both in our own community and throughout the world. The church reaches out in many ways, both collectively and individually. The church also provides support to many organizations that provide critical services and/or share our vision and commitment. Here are some of the groups within the church that facilitate our outreach: Home Missions Committee State Missions Committee The Norma Burruss International Missions Ministry Shiloh Old Site Wellness Program
IN ADDITION, we support and work with many other groups that extend our ministry on local, state, national. and international levels. Here are some of the groups that we support financially and through the dedicated, personal involvement of our members: Baptist General Convention of Virginia Lott Carey Baptist Foreign Mission Convention Progressive National Baptist Convention Rappahanock Big Brothers Big Sisters For information on how to be one of Shiloh Old Site's volunteers at Rappahannock Big Brothers Big Sisters, click here Thurman Brisben Center
MISSION SCHOLARSHIPS are available from time to time to assist with costs incurred by our members as they engage in short-term mission endeavors under the sponsorship of mission groups that the church is already supporting.
