Under the direction of superintendent Johnny P. Johnson, our Sunday church school offers a wide range of classes each week for children, youth, and adults. Starting time is 9:30 a.m. each Sunday.
Except during certain summer and holiday periods, our Faith & Hope Club sponsors a Tuesday morning Bible study for all who are interested. It meets at the church on Tuesdays at 11 a.m. It's a chance to learn, discuss, ask questions, and find strength for daily living. A new lesson guide is distributed each week as a basis for that week's discussion. Mark William Olson normally serves as the teacher. Click on the heading for more information.
From time to time, a group meets at the church at 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday evenings for topical discussions or to discuss the religious writing of a contemporary author or to examine a particular book of the Bible. Click on the heading for more information.
Vacation Bible school A vacation Bible school is normally held early each summer on five consecutive weekday evenings for children of all ages. Click here for a photo report on the 2005 Vacation Bible school.
Youth retreats Youth retreats are normally scheduled during July or August. They usually involve a trip to some location within a day's drive of Fredericksburg. They're designed to be a time of fun, fellowship, and spiritual growth.
A retreat for women is held each year, usually in the fall, featuring a variety of speakers and workshops, plus opportunities for personal sharing. Click on the heading for more information.
