Outreach Ministries Shiloh Old Site Wellness Program The Shiloh Old Site Wellness Program sponsors a variety of programs and activities designed to improve the health and wellness of the Fredericksburg community. Several other churches and organizations are co-participants in the program. Some of the program's activities are held are held at Shiloh Old Site Church. Others are in the Mayfield neighborhood of the city, in the community room of the federally subsidized Hazel Hill Apartments (which Shiloh Old Site played a role in initially developing), or in other locations.
Gospel Aerobics is offered on Thursday evenings at 6 p.m. in Room 106. A "Walkers Club" is offered on Saturday mornings at 7 a.m. beginning at the Tyler Street entrance to the W. L. Harris Playground in the Mayfield neighborhood of Fredericksburg. Free blood pressure screenings are offered after the 11 a.m. worship service on the third Thursday of each month in Room 106.
